Canceling or Altering Orders.
Due to the streamlined nature of our business, we process orders as soon as they are received.  To cancel an order you must CALL us at 866.630.9399 and speak to a representative.

You will be asked to submit an order cancellation form.  No email notifications will be accepted for canceling or altering an order.

or administrative fees (credit card processing fees) will be subtacted from your refund. An order cannot be canceled, altered or refunded if the file has already passedpreproduction stage. Once your project has gone to  production refunds are not allowed.
Color Critical Jobs
If your job is color critical you MUST request a Color Match Proof along with your job. Color Proofs are not included in our prices. Color is extremely subjective, and if you waive your right to a color proof, we will match color to the best of our ability and will rely solely on our judgment. Note that 2daypostcards.com does not guarantee color matching,so defects due to color matching cannot be honored. If you request a Color Match Proof, turnaround will be delayed by 5 additional business days and pricing for the job adjusted accordingly.
Guarantee for Print
Factors such as mechanical breakdowns, natural disasters, and shipping company errors are out of our control and we can not be held responsible if they affect an order being printed or shipped "on time". For this reason we DO NOT "guarantee" when an order will be ready or shipped, however you do have our promise to do "everything that is reasonably possible" to have your order printed and shipped on time. We are not responsible for any costs associated with shipping, distribution,or printing that may result from any delay with your order.No verbal or written correspondence by anyone at 2daypostcards.com can change that.
 Turnaround Times
All turnaround times are based on jobs received by 3pm CST. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next business day.
Order Pickups
Please note that we cannot store your order for more than 30 days after we notify you of your pickup date. After 30 days if you have not picked up your order, we will recycle the package and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have special circumstances that require us to store your order for longer, please speak to one of our customer service representatives.
Overruns/Underruns for print
Most of the time we will print slightly more than what you ordered, for no additional charge. As printing industry trade standards allow for over/underages of up to 5-10%, sometimes we will print slightly fewer pieces than you ordered. If you are doing a mailing and need to receive the exact amount ordered, you should order more than the amount you plan on mailing.
Print Proofing
 
If you submit a file to us for a print job, you are responsible for ensuring that the file is approved and error- free. We are not responsible for proofing your files. By submitting files to us, you agree that all edits have been finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues settled . If we provide the design, we will send you a proof. The job will not be printed unless you or your authorized agent gives a final approval on the proof. By giving your approval, you acknowledge that all design, layout, and content issues are settled and correct.
